Also, note that in each service block, there is a How-To Guide which usually has contact info for the person responsible for that specific service.

Student services from 2025:

Go to the Student Engagement Portal (Guide) to find the following:

  • Dashboard (Your information: Campus, qualification, enrolment status, grade point average (GPA), full profile)
  • Registration (Registration, proof of registration)
  • Academics (View attendance, academic record, class schedule, curriculum progress)
  • Exams (Exam hall ticket, exam schedules, grades, exam appeal)
  • Bursaries (Applications, TRA, AOD)
  • Finances (Account information, online payment, credit refund)
  • Residence (Application listing, housing application)
  • Student IT Helpdesk (Submit IT requests (Guide), track the status of your requests)
