You first have to find a suitable journal to publish your article in. There are several ways to do such, e.g. on Web of Science or Scopus. When identifying a journal, check if it is on the list of accredited journals.
You then need to go to that journal's home page on the web to find information on the journal's scope and the author's guidelines. These guidelines will tell you more about the technical things, like the font to use, the headings that should be used, and the prescribed referencing style.
