Incorrect Proxy Settings on Your Computer:
If you are on campus, ensure that the "Automatically detect settings" option is turned off, as shown in the image below. The University no longer uses the Proxy Server. Please follow the steps in this document to resolve the issue.

Service Provider Blocking the Address:
If your service provider is blocking the website, please get in touch with them to unblock it.
