- Nashua is responsible for all printer-related matters, e.g. paper, toner, faulty printers, and maintenance of printers. For assistance, contact Nashua at +27 (0)18 299 2825.
- Contact IT for PaperCut(software) problems at +27 (0)18 299 2700 or open a ticket using the IT-Help icon on the student workstations.
Mahikeng Campus:
- Copy Shop on campus with printing and copy facilities.
- Printing facilities are available in the Undergraduate Teaching and Learning Centre and the Senior Research Commons.
Potchefstroom Campus:
- Nashua (F1, Basement)

Ferdinand Postma Library
- Printing (including A4) and scanning services are available in the Information Commons.
- There is a quick print facility available in the library's foyer. Submit a print job at any lab computer on Potch Campus and swipe your university card at this printer to collect the print job or use the computer next to the printer.
