How to download and submit the document:

  • Sign in to the online application portal with your username and password. 
  • Download the NWU Financial Undertaking document from the 'Manage Documents' section. 
  • Print the document, complete and sign. 
  • Upload the signed document using the 'Manage Documents' option on the portal. 
  • The status 'Submitted' will indicate a successful upload.

Important:

  • Upload the correct document.
  • Incomplete fields in the document will cause a delay. 
  • Inaccurate or incomplete student numbers will be rejected. 
  • Both you and your Parent/Guardian/Guarantor/Person responsible for the account must sign the document. 
  • Digitally signed documents will not be accepted; please print, physically sign, and then upload the document. 
  • Mismatch or incompleteness in the ID number concerning the student will result in rejection. 
  • An incomplete ID number of the Parent/Guardian/Guarantor/Person responsible for the account will be rejected. 
  • Please ensure that you upload a good-quality document.
